Theresa Gaylord was born in Saint Paul, MN.  She  attended Concordia University, Saint Paul and has a B.A. in Organizational Management and Communication.  Theresa worked in commercial account sales  for 22 years before starting her career as a Medicare Sales Specialist with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota in 2010.  In 2014, Theresa became an independent insurance agent and founded Guidance Insurance Solutions.   Theresa is married, has two sons, enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and walking her dog.
